When the National Association of Realtors is showing us that over 90% of people going to the web to start their search and 75% of them choosing the first agent they meet then as real estate agents we had better listen up.
The National Association of Realtors also tells us that 88% of agents are still trying to use paper to look for their leads… another interesting statistic I read the other day pointed out that only 7% of people are going to newspapers and magazines to find a home.

What I have done is look at the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and other outside sources of information and build tools and the understanding of these tools so that you will be able to intercept the mass of buyers and sellers before they meet another Realtor or find a house without you.
At this stage whether you are new to the Internet or a pro you must look to the Virtual Market to expand or even keep your business. So go get the virtual Realtor training it is not that hard!
As a Realtor banging on doors is hard, as a REALTOR® dialing hundreds of phone numbers is hard. As realtors getting 5, 10 or 20 hours of training that you can carry for life is not hard.

Prospecting is a must in the world of sales and that is even more important when this involves a new somewhat complicated technology. This new technology involves the internet and virtual prospecting and the sooner you get yourself trained in this area the better off you will be in this area.
Real estate agents should be getting up to speed on the internet because as the National Association of Realtor has discovered in a survey – 96% of all buyers now go to the Internet to start their home search and they choose the first agent they meet 75% of the time.
What is even as alarming they also show that 88% of agent spend the majority of their time running newspaper adds and other out of date methods to try to get their leads.
And it just goes on, I read the other day only 7% of buyers and sellers now go to papers and magazines to start their search.
