Make up a brochure explaining what your business will do for them and mail it to all the realtors.

You can set up a simple website targeting realtors. One example would be to use Blogger (free) and maybe run a Google adwords ad campaign. Here is a real estate site online http://www.showlowarizonarealestate.com/ .
