209,000 grand!!! for a single 2 bedroom 1 bath house?! that’s really overpriced! I mean the asking price is probably typical around that area. If I have such money, I can buy a better, bigger house in TX.

holy crap… I have …
holy crap… I have a 3 stories 6 bedrooms 3 bathrooms house that is probably 4 times as big as that last one they are asking 209k for and it cost me 550k to build last year and that is Canadian funds, lake side, 300×600 terrain, you guys need to move to Canada

Maybe interesting …
Maybe interesting is the wrong word. We dont get the opportunity to hear about house prices and comparisons to ours. I have been following how residents r losing their homes due to the lending fiasco. Our banks r regulated to prevent that, although some banks invested in that sceme. I assume the low prices r from forclosures and the banks need to recoup at a loss.
