Is there a website that rates Realtors?

Looking for a website that rates or gives any statistics on real estate agents. Just let go of mine and a little leary to hire another without any true facts / statistics.
Just find one that is willing to list your home for 1% (or a flat fee) and offer the buyer’s agent 3-5%. Also, don’t sign long term contracts.
