Houses sell a lot faster at cheaper prices and your agent may be fraudulently manipulating the market--and manipulating you. If so, he is committing a crime and you should talk to his broker immediately and bring this situation to their attention. The price on MLS doesn't affect you in any other way than getting unwanted activity on your house. You don't have to sell at that price, so tell your agent to change the MLS listing or every offer he brings you you will reject.
