How you can you add MLS listings to your site if you’re not a Realtor? Could you partner with one who could allow you use their data feed? This would be on a popular RE site and there would be something like "MLS listings provide Jon Doe Realtor" with a link to their website.
Hi Dave, i am not selling my home. I want to provide MLS listings on my website for others to view, similar to what local agents offer on their site.
Danno – They would be listed as MLS listings (all MLS listing for a particular area) and it would clearly be stated that the MLS listing were provided by a Local RE agent with their name displayed and a link to their site.

look in to "for sale by owner" they have a way of you getting MLS on your own. ***POLAR YC : Contact the realty offices of where your interested & most likely they would be happy to help you out, seeing how the "market" is dead on arival.

I can’t imagine why you would do this. Your question mentioned that this would go onto a popular RE website, but that you have no RE license. This sounds to me like you would intentionally mislead those viewing your site into thinking you were selling the property. I don’t understand the nature of the site, so it’s tough to offer a balanced opinion.

If you aren’t licensed you can’t sell others property or represent them in the transaction, attorneys are different. The MLS is used for sales, therefore buy having it on your sight it may seem that you are selling others property. Check with the people how offer the MLS service and ask them. If they do allow it you will have to pay a fee.

    Why?
The purpose of the MLS is to sell houses. If you are not a licensed sales agent you can’t actually sell real estate.

If you are not a member of the local realtor assoc AND pay the MLS fees, you can’t use the MLS system.

So why would you want to link MLS.
