		<description>The only real way to check (with no number fudging) is to access thier local MLS. Since the MLS is private only Realtors belonging to that MLS have access to thatinformation.

The easiest thing to do is ask another Realtor from that are to look up that info for you. Alot of agents would be happy to especially if it results in a client!
