The only real way to check (with no number fudging) is to access thier local MLS. Since the MLS is private only Realtors belonging to that MLS have access to thatinformation.

The easiest thing to do is ask another Realtor from that are to look up that info for you. Alot of agents would be happy to especially if it results in a client!

In theory rates are negotiable so each company can have its own rate. Each contract is considered confidential and does not have to be released to the public. If the company doen't release it to you, you won't find out. You can find out their current rates. From their current rates, you can assume they charged something similar.

Only other Realtors can look that up and even then, it verys from one MLS board to another. I know in the Birmingham MLS, I can access that info, but my friend in the Huntsville MLS can not
