is there a website or listing that tells people how many listings a realtor currently has?

I don’t believe so, but you could try the Realtors website or his/her office website. For example: If you were to go to www.kw.com search for my name click on my name you would be directed to my website where I have 2 listings, most Realtors that have a website will put all their listings on it. www.realtor.com is a good source also, you would actually have to go through all the listings in the areas your prospective Realtor serves and count the listings they have. What does it matter how many listings a Realtor has at any given time? Listings come and go . A Realtor could have three or four one month and the next have only one or none.

Doubt it, but I’d guess that the real estate office has a company site and will probably show the name of the list agent with each listing. You can get an idea of how many listings they have that way. But keep in mind the office controls there site and it is possible they keep listings active after they have closed or are in contract to appear that they have more listings and keep the phones ringing.
