I’m a Realtor in Placer County CA, I’m trying to find out how to get REO listings. Any suggestions?

Your broker has to be approved by the bank and then you obtain the listings from him, it is up to him as to which of his agents he wants to give the listings too.

The bank does not sign contracts with agents, as agents can not own listings, only brokers can.

Who are you really a realtor?? Any realtor knows you have to contact the banks in his area and ask for the REO listings, or you can check the local Multiple Listings service for REO’s listed with other realtors.

If you want out of area REO’s go to this site.
