Ya and look at all the law suits going on with FSBO deals. On a FSBO deal is the seller looking out for the Buyer, not likely. What about your deposit, is the seller going to give it back. Don’t be stupid people there are good REALTORS out there that can help you with the sale of your house. Going FSBO greatly limits your ability to sale. These FSBO people are usually REALTORS that could not make it in the industry and trying to make a fast buck off of you.
