My realtor has made too many mistakes. Can I switch agents once a house is under contract? I am the buyer.?

Contact the Realtors broker, the actual person you have a contract with. Ask for your sale to be reassigned to a different sales rep, they can easily do this with no effect what-so-ever on your contract.
Usually when the agent is a lemon the broker takes the sale over themselves, and you will be mistake free.

sure you can switch realtors, as long as they work in the same office. but if it’s a mom & pop org. you are stuck…

Ask their principal broker for assistance here. They can either step in and help with the transaction or assign another Realtor to this.
