What is your job like as a Utah real estate agent/realtor?

I am thinking of getting into the real estate business and would like to get some info on what it is like so I can decide if it is for me.
Right now it is a tough job. The Utah real estate economy sure has slowed down a lot lately. I would look for a different job right now unless you want to run the risk of not really getting paid some months.
