Please think outside the box. You want business you’ve got to find and connect with people you know are going to sell a house. Well here’s my tip: Go to your local courthouse and look up all recent divorces. 9 out of 10 times the couple has to sell. Just send them your postcard. They have to sell is it going to be you or some other realtor. Also, use google alerts ITS FREE!!! Put in a question to search like "I need a realtor in {your town}". Or put in "what is my house worth in {your town} It will search and alert you automatically when someone asks that online anywhere in the world. You need to have a gmail account and they will send you an email when that question is asked. Also look up foreclosure notices at the courthouse. Theres a short sale listing for you.
