Ok so I’m a Realtor and would like to put a packet together for expired listings?

"Yes I WANT TO WORK EXPIRED" any ideas on what I can include in my packets that may peak there interest. I like to get face to face with my expired especially after I send my initial letter. so it needs to be mail and drop off worthy.
Any suggestion on what information to put in my expired packets.
Real answer from those with decent Ideas. Please don’t just respond with stupid answer like the first guy below. Just looking for fresh ideas.

Working expired listings is completely legal, but tough. I suggest you point out possible reasons why the property didn’t sell and then suggest how your marketing approach would be successful in addition to a change in the market with some hard data. Or you could approach it softer by offering something, other than a cma, for their time to discuss the future possibilities of listing their house like a free flag for flag day (june 14).

Rude to contact another realtor about their property or to bring it up w/ my contact from the same company?

The small company I work for is looking for a new office to move into. I’ve just been looking at the contacts connected to the properties I’ve liked and gone forward with that. I’ve contacted one realtor in a fairly large company about a couple properties, but I’m also interested in some that are not under his listings. Is it rude to contact the realtors connected to them or to bring them up to the realtor I’ve already contacted from the same company?

Is it rude to shop at WalMart and Target and the little mom and pop store down the street? You have a right to shop for merchandise and buildings whereever you want to .

Is a realtor just supposed to send email listings?

A Realtor who represents a buyer is supposed to do a lot of things. But before they can do anything for you, they need to help you find a property you are interested in buying, or at least one that you want to investigate further which often starts out by emailing you the options that exist.
