I want to buy house in riverside, ca. But I live in La puente, california

I was able to find one in San Marino. Here is a link to her website. If she does not want to service Riverside, she would likely be able to refer you to a colleague. Happy house hunting!

Can a realtor in one state, help you find a home in another state?

I live in Missouri, can a realtor here help me find a home in Kansas?

If you are in a border city such as St. Louis, odds are your realtor is licensed in both states. Ask. If your agent is NOT licensed in KS he can still represent you but he must have a cooperation agreement in writing with every agent that he works with (could be dozens, if each seller is using someone different) in Kansas.

How soon before you start wanting to look for a house should you find a Realtor? I would think it makes sense as soon as you’re ready to start looking, correct?

That would be what most people do.

Can a single realtor find another realtor to date like this?

Suppose a single male realtor shows a house, and discovers that the house had been shown recently by an attractive female realtor, as evidenced by the picture on the business card that she left on the countertop. Would it be inappropriate for him to contact her (like by email) and ask her if she’s single?

Unprofessional.

Also the vast majority are married, the only way to afford to work unpaid.

You are also obviously new. Soon you will realize those women tend to use 20 year old pictures.

Where can i find a Realtor that specializes in small homes in Atlanta?

i can’t find anything on the internet.

home smaller than 1000 square feet.

Realtors don’t normally get classified by the size or quality of homes they represent though I have heard of companies tossing the cheaper/less desirable sale properties to a rookie just to throw them a bone and see what they can do with it. As the consumer you should rather have an experienced realtor that will listen to your needs, help you find homes that match your needs/wants, will answer any questions you have along the way, that you feel comfortable working with and that you feel you can trust. These are the things you want to be looking for first in a realtor. From there the two of you can work together to find the right home for your needs. Your looking for a 1000sq. ft. home should make you just as important of a client as the next guy who’s looking for a 3000sq. ft. home.

We have had 47 showings and 3 open houses and not one offer. How do I find a realtor that will sell my house?

We need an aggressive realtor who will sell our property. We’ve already moved out of state and need to get this done so we can purchase in our new city. Any advice would be great.

My bet is it is overpriced. Price to sell & it will. Remember, every month you keep it you are losing money.

How much will a realtor charge to find a rental home?

We are looking at a potential move to Columbia, SC and considering hiring a realtor to help find a rental home.
I should elaborate – we’re not necessarily looking for someone to simply show us what their company offers, but hiring someone to help us with a search since we do not know the area and will not have much time to spend (if any) in town before the move.

Many of these properties are listed by realtors. In this case, the person selling or leasing the property will usually pay the fees. You may have a small up front application fee (to cover credit and reference check) for this type of deal but that is about it.

How can I find a realtor in Starkville, MS who does rentals?

I am a new student at Mississippi State University and I need to find an apartment or rental property to live in. Can anyone recommend a good realtor agency or website/source to find such a company in Starkville, MS?

I live in Starkville MS and have a one bedroom apt up for rent for the summer for 475 a month OBO. I don’t think you need a realtor to rent an apt. Just google starkville, ms apartments, and call and go visit them.

If the house was on MLS, then you can call up the local real estate board and give them the home address and they can tell you who the listing agent and the selling agent (buyer’s agent) were.
